OUR STORY

I was born in Syracuse and raised in the heart of New York's Finger Lakes region. Almost 20 years ago, my wife and I fell in love with Washington D.C., and it has been our home ever since. Since moving here, I've always dreamed of opening a restaurant that showcases the regional foods of Upstate New York.

While Buffalo wings will certainly take center stage, we're excited to bring some lesser-known regional dishes to the forefront. Guests can look forward to trying Beef on Wecks, Garbage Plates, and Salt Potatoes, among other unique offerings.

I am incredibly grateful to my partners, Danny Lee, Angel Barreto, and Victoria Mulroy, along with our friends at Sports & Social DC, for helping bring this dream to life. Together with The Fried Rice Collective, we’ve created a collaboration that blends my Upstate New York roots with the premier sports bar experience at Sports & Social DC. "Upstate FTW" is truly a taste of my home, brought to my adopted home.
